To access all the features of the Toyota Touch & Go system you will need to register at the Toyota website.
To do this, you’ll need to register your device via the MyToyota customer portal.
Click REGISTER, and follow the onscreen instructions to access a host of online services which are available to you.
You’ll notice things look quite different compared to way they are presented in our video, which was filmed before a series of improvements were made to our online customer portal.

I have just purchased a new Toyota Yaris Excel 2017 with Toyota Touch 2 with Go added for £541.67. when I press the navigation button I get the following message “Navigation is not available on your system”. What is wrong I have paid for Touch 2 with Go?

Please could you provide them with your reg or VIN with a screenshot image of the user interface displaying the device ID and software version and also an error message confirming you are unable to register your satellite navigation.

When I try, all the site offers me is a choice of 3 touch and go systems

The TNS510 multimedia system cannot be registered onto My Toyota as it is not a Toyota Touch with Go or Toyota Touch 2 with Go system.
In addition, it does not have the features and specifications to support the features provided from My Toyota.

Congratulations on your new car. It sounds like you’ve purchased an Icon grade car, which does not have satellite navigation fitted. Your nearest Toyota will be able to talk through your options for upgrading the system.

When the vehicle was ordered by the first owner, the option of satellite navigation was not selected. You can get this feature added for a cost. Please contact your nearest centre for more info.

Navigation was an optional extra on the Yaris Icon grade, and this doesn’t appear to have been selected when the vehicle was ordered, which therefore means that it is not present on your vehicle.
We would recommend contacting your nearest Toyota Centre to see if a retrofit is possible.

I can confirm that this vehicle was originally purchased with this upgrade and satnav was working fine until this message appeared on screen.
I have also taken radio out ID:13TXDAEU-CA02 & can confirm that is also fitted with HARMAN Extension Module FCC ID:QNG-BE2806 IC:6434C-BE2806

Congratulations on your new car. If you have purchased a vehicle with Toyota Touch 2 with Go, then your vehicle does have navigation and you shouldn’t be getting this message. Please contact your nearest Toyota centre so they can check this for you.

Thanks again for reply, based on your reply I will go dealership wr I bought it from here in Leicester, but based on 95% of other toyota owners it seems problem message is the same and appears to be a fault with your units.
My question is, I will not be charged in this case since you can verify this is indeed fitted with satnav and bought new with one ?

I have purchased a new C-HR & am trying to register the multimedia system via the MyT app.
I don’t recognise any of the three pictures the app shows for the selection as being identical to my multimedia system. VIN number of the vehicle is. Could you tell me which pic do I choose. Touch 2 with Go Gen 1 or Touch 2 with Go Gen 2?
