  1. Hi Jess,
We’re sorry you’ve had problems pairing your phone.
May we suggest deleting the pairing from the phone and the Navigation unit and repairing. If this doesn’t work, and you have access to another phone, you could try pairing another phone (preferably not an iPhone) to see if this works. If you are still having problems your Dealer will be able to take a look for you.
Wishing you a Happy New Year!

  2. Amy,
On the touch and go when the radio is turned on the last source will play but it defaults then to the USB. USB works fine but how can I stop it defaulting to this every time the car starts up (after defaulting to the radio for a few seconds)
    Thanks
    J

    1. Hi Jonathan,
This is a feature of the system currently and can be resolved by unplugging the USB device.
We have passed your feedback onto our European colleagues for consideration in future software updates.
Thank you for raising this with us.

  3. I recently had a 2012 model on demo with ‘plus’, and as such am about to order, having had the 2010 prius model for 3 years the nav and phone functions are excellent, however I see that to get to that level I need to order the pro via the tech pack, which I’d rather spend money on some other kit.

Does the ‘plus’ have a speed dial screen? I couldn’t find it in my demo car?

    1. Hi Mark,
      Thanks again for your questions.
The Touch Pro and Touch & Go Plus are two different systems with different specifications, you can compare these here: http://ow.ly/gMTn2. The Touch Pro system is based on the HDD system, which was fitted to the earlier MK3 Prius, so this may have more similarities. Your Dealer will be able to advise further based on your requirements.
The Touch & Go Plus doesn’t have a speed dial option in the same way the previous Prius navigation system operated, however it has the ability to store numbers into a smaller contact list.
Please let us know if we can help you any further.
      Kind regards.

  5. Hi recently got an iPhone 4S. My older iPod had no problems connecting via the USB cable however, now when I connect the 4s, it allows one song to play and then stops and says error. I’d really appreciate some help.
