The wraps have come off the updated Toyota Yaris Trend at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
Launched in the UK earlier this year, the black and white-themed model is intended to appeal to younger, design-conscious buyers.
Yaris Trend gets styling tweaks at the front end, including chrome elements in the fog light surrounds and headlamps, as well as white headlight covers. The blacked out B and C-pillars, designed to create a floating roof effect, and chrome door sills and door mirror covers add to the visual drama.
Most noticeable are the two-tone machine-finished 16-inch alloy wheels and the distinctive Deco line surface detail that runs back across the bodywork from the headlights. The look is completed with a rear roof spoiler and hybrid-style LED lamp clusters.
The 2013 Yaris Trend with Deco line will be available in white or silver, colours chosen to maximise its visual impact; versions without the Deco line will be offered in the full range of Yaris exterior finishes.
The interior styling reflects the design theme outside, with a black and white finish – with a contrasting touch of ochre – to create a clean style with plenty of visual impact.
