  1. Hi Sebastion
    Thanks for your post.
Have had a quick chat with the tech team for you and this can be changed under your map settings.
First, on the map screen go to options then click map settings then choose speed limits. You can then tick “Audible warning, if limit exceeded by and you can choose your desired speed.
    Hope this helps.

  2. I tried that and thought I had the answer but no, not a peep. The speed shows on the map and does go read but no audible alert.

  3. I have a new Toyota Auris registered July 2014. Can anyone please tell me where the tyre pressure monitoring system reset switch is located on this car please. Bryan

  4. Hello Bryan. Thanks for your comment. If you sit in the driver’s seat there should be a little button the size of a rubber on the end of a pencil just above your right shin. Push and hold to reset the tyre pressure monitoring system. We hope you can find it. Please do let us know if you need any more assistance.

  5. I have a 2014 Auris and want to add some auxilaty flood lights.
Where should I connect the signal to the relay?
The lights in the car only has one bulb and some electromecanical deflector to switch between hi and lo beam.

    1. Hello Magnus
      Thanks for your post.
We had to run this past our Technical team however they can only approve accessory lights sold through official Toyota distributors. We would not recommend that accessory lights are fitted that have not been approved by Toyota.
Sorry that our reply cannot be more positive but hope this helps clarify our position.

  6. I am about to start caravaning and feel happier with a “proper spare wheel…..Will the boot of a Toyota Auris icon 1600 accommodate a full spair wheel …thank You

    1. Hello Terry
      Thanks for your post.
We have quickly run this past our accessory team who have confirmed that a full size spare will fit in the well however they have advised double checking the height. Before purchasing, they recommend contacting your local dealer who will be able to check this for you by putting a full size wheel in the car just to make sure that this does not impact the boot floor level. We do also offer the option of a space saver spare wheel which we know fits in the wheel well of your model.
Hope this helps but let us know if you have any other questions.

  7. Hi Sebastion
Go to the general settings on your screen and then select “Volume Settings”. You can then adjust the different settings (including navigation prompts) which are listed.
    Hope this helps.

  8. Yep done that and it shows volume settings for navigation settings and for call settings. Still no audible warning for over speed limit.

    1. Hello Sebastion
      Thanks for your reply.
We will be double checking this in a car tonight and will let you know in the morning but it may be that you will need to get this checked at your local Toyota dealer.
