      Yesterday I held on for over 1hour 30 mins.
      Today, as I type, I have been on the phone for over 3 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
      Tried online, the Toyota garage everything.
      Judt keep hearing that irritating tune.

  5. My insurance runs out on 21st May. Hours on phone to get to pay .I have found out they are short of staff as many have left. People answering phone have been drafted in to log details only and someone will phone back.Placed in a queue. Priority is given to those whose renewal date has already passed! This is not good enough and it is too late another insurer. Been with Toyota for years. Compensation should be paid to those who can not drive as they are uninsured. The least they could do is extend cover until things are sorted out.

  8. BEEN TRYING FOR THRRE DAYS NOW TO CHANGE INSURANCE DETAILS, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, FOR A MAJOR COMPANY WHO DEALS IN RELIABILITY YOU REALLY NEED TO GET YOUYR ACT TOGETHER

  9. Been on the phone for 40 minuits then told wrong department only to wait another 35 mins to be cut off, rang again and you closed at 5 oclock says your open till 7 oclock.
