  1. I have been trying to renew my insurance for several days, each time waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes. If I cannot make contact to pay I will have to go elsewhere which is very frustrating and disappointing, please can someone contact me to collect payment.

  2. We have had the same experience over the last ten days and will be forced to get our insurance elsewhere too. The phone number given is precisely the one you can’t get a reply from regardless of how long you hang on waiting for somebody to answer!

  3. We have the same problem. Insurance runs out on 20th March, no renewal notice sent either by post, phone or email and now can’t contact Toyota insurance to renew our policy

  4. Been trying to ring Toyota car insurance for past five days nobody is answering there phone just checked have been on phone for three hours have ceased trading

  5. I have tried 5 different numbers including the one on my renewal quote trying to renew my car insurance. over one hour trying now. Gave up after 45 minutes on 0345 040 0450 which is the number on my quote.
    HOW DO I RENEW MY INSURANCE. Not good enough.

  6. I have the same problem. Insurance runs out on 24th March, no renewal notice sent either by post, phone or email and now can’t contact Toyota insurance to renew my policy.I have been on the phone over 3 hours I have also emailed customer service no reply. Must I just go elsewhere?

  7. Renewed after phoning the 0345 040 0450 after 7 days of trying, nearly gave up and was about to go elsewhere. I requested a receipt for the payment whilst renewing, still waiting after 4 days. Tried to email on the customerservice@toyotamotorinsurance.co.uk on three occasions all have bounced back. Back now trying to phone them but not getting through. HELP!

  8. I have been trying to get through on the phone for a few days each time waiting over 30 mins and no one answering. I have taken our a new policy with you but rapidly coming to a Decision to change!
