I bought the Aygo X Exclusive 3 months ago, I paid for the protection pack which includes front and rear mud flaps. I am still waiting for the mud flaps, is there an issue with supply?

Further to your response to Richard about the bike rack for the AYGO X, please can you explain why it’s not possible to provide the AYGO X Active pack which is an official Toyota licensed product that consists of the bike holder support bracket and bike holder. If I go to Ireland I can buy it for 1400 euros so are you saying that here in England the same pack, for the same car, is not available? If not, why not? I am looking to order a new 2024 AYGO X this weekend so this is a deal breaker for me. No bike rack option, no order. Toyota-Tech.eu has instructions for ‘GB’ for this part number AIM 006 127-0, which is the ‘Brink Towing System’. Are you saying we cannot have this bike rack item provided and fitted by Toyota but we can purchase it from Brink directly for fitting to our Toyota AYGO X privately only? If so, that is very disappointing.

So it’s Listers @ Grantham, John the guy who works there has been excellent. I ordered a set of 4 mud flaps @ £55.80, went to the dealership to pick them up, only to find that 2 (front) mud flaps had turned up. The part number for the 2 that turned up and the 4 that I ordered were identical. He showed me the order form, again, the order number matched up and clearly stated 4 mud flaps. He has since contacted Toyota via whatever messaging software he uses (this was 2 weeks ago) and hasn’t received a response.
Car is 2023 Toyota Aygo X – FD23 ***.
