What can you expect from Gazoo Racing at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026? We’re delighted to announce that Toyota’s motorsport division Gazoo Racing will make a standout presence at this year’s event, including the presentation of three striking new sports cars: GR GT road legal racecar, GR GT3 racecar, and Lexus LFA Concept.

Showcased for the first time in Europe without camouflage, these high-performance vehicles will help to bring to life the event’s theme “The Rivals – Epic Racing Duels “, most notably through powerful displays of their performance on the Goodwood estate’s iconic hillclimb course.

What cars will Gazoo Racing showcase?

A highlight of Gazoo Racing’s participation in the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 will be the showcase of the following three new cars. Each is born from motorsport rivalry and shaped by uncompromising feedback from the world’s most demanding circuits.

The GR GT (above) is a road-legal racecar powered by a new 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo engine paired with a single-motor hybrid system. In addition to its exceptional performance, the car’s development focused on achieving a low centre of gravity, low weight with high rigidity, and aerodynamic performance.

Built to FIA GT3 specifications, the GR GT3 is the full-blooded, race-going version of the GR GT. As such, it shares many of the road car’s core elements but with a much more tightly focused profile. It’s engineered to be highly competitive while also delivering accessible performance.

The Lexus LFA Concept presents the luxury division’s idea for a next-generation electric sports car. It shares common technologies and aspirations with the GR GT and GR GT3, while blending advanced performance with emotional appeal and invoking the spirit of the original LFA.

What other Gazoo Racing cars will also be there?

Gazoo Racing’s participation in top-level international motorsport will be celebrated with an appearance by the #7 TR010 Hybrid (below). This is the prototype that recently achieved our sixth victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Also on view will be the GR Yaris Rally1, which has delivered multiple World Rally Championship (WRC) titles, and the DKR GR Hilux that is contending the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC).

A line-up of championship-winning and internationally renowned drivers will demonstrate the performance of the GR Yaris Rally1 and DKR GR Hilux on the hillclimb and rally stage respectively.

The annual Goodwood Festival of Speed has seen Toyota make a number of high-profile reveals, including our latest hydrogen-powered WEC Hypercar prototype in 2025. We have also used the event to commemorate special achievements, such as our hat-trick in winning the World Endurance Championship, World Rally Championship and World Rally-Raid Championship in the same year. Will Gazoo Racing run cars on the hillclimb this year?

The GR GT and GR GT3 will make their first undisguised dynamic debuts in Europe by making speed runs on Goodwood’s famous hillclimb. The highly technical course is defined by steep gradients, tight corners and unforgiving barriers. These will provide a stern test of each car’s acceleration, agility, aerodynamic stability, as well as each driver’s confidence.
