The Toyota Dream Car Art Contest is getting animated!
Some of the best and most imaginative entries to this year’s edition of Toyota Motor Corporation’s global creativity initiative for the under-15s are being turned into video clips on a clever new website.
From July 28 to August 25, the Dream Car Collection website will see 93 works of art conceptualised by children from around the world infused with life in 15 second-long clips. Up to four of the winning entries will be revealed each day.
Here’s a look at some of our favourite Dream Cars revealed so far.
Toyota Robo-Fly for Girls In Need by (Aged 11, Romania)
“My dream car is light as a butterfly and helps all girls in need of education by providing mobile schooling. It collects books from donations and air-drops them to girls. The car uses senses such as sound signals when it is around, flashlights for sight, hearing girls’ voice for help and smell for book searching. It works on energy that regenerates from girls’ grace.”

“Into the future, we will be able to drive in a car which represents our favorite pet. You will just need to push the button to change the animal!”
