Toyota customer service acclaimed in JD Power survey


For the third time in as many months, Toyota’s dealer network has been named among the best in the UK for customer service, this time in the latest JD Power Dealer Satisfaction Survey.

The success comes after a similarly high placing in the Auto Express Driver Power study and hot on the heels of taking the title of Manufacturer of the Year in the Car Dealer Power Awards.

The fifth place result in the JD Power study, published today by What Car? is based on the views of over 13,500 customers who had a service experience with their dealership within the past 12 months.

Of the Toyota owners surveyed, 88 per cent were ready to recommend their local dealer, quoting excellent service, attractive premises and professional, friendly and helpful staff.

The recent accolades aren’t only confined to customer service, though – Toyota were rated among the most satisfying and reliable on the road in the 2013 Which? Car Survey.
