  1. The Promoter 

The promoter is: Toyota (GB) Plc (registered under company number 00916634 at Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX). 

  1. The promotion 
  1. The Promoter will be running a prize draw where participants will have the opportunity to win two (2) guestlist places (including a meet and greet before the show), to one of the December 10 concerts listed below (“Prize”). A total of four (4) winners will be selected, with two (2) guestlist places awarded to each winner: 
  1. O2 Islington Academy, London – Thursday 19 February, 4:30pm (1 winner + 1 guest = 2 places) 
  1. O2 Islington Academy, London – Thursday 19 February, 8:00pm (1 winner + 1 guest = 2 places)
  1. O2 Academy 2 Birmingham – Friday 20 February, 4:30pm (1 winner + 1 guest = 2 places)
  1. O2 Academy 2 Birmingham – Friday 20 February, 8:00pm (1 winner + 1 guest = 2 places)
  1. The participant will have selected the concert date and time they wish to enter for when completing the prize draw submission. Guestlist places are not eligible for exchange to another concert date or any other event. 
  1. The Promoter will select 4 (four) winners; each winner will have the ability to claim one Prize each in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  1. How to enter 
  1. The promotion will run from 16:00 hours on 16th February 2026 (the “Opening Date“) to 23:59 hours on 17th February 2026 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.  
  1. To enter, participants must: 
  1. Click on the link within the post; 
  1. Select the concert they wish to enter; and 
  1. Provide all the information requested, including full name and a valid phone number and email address.  
  1. All promotion entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 23:59 hours on the Closing Date. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.  
  1. Participants must enter the promotion online by following the steps outlined in Clause 3.2 by the Closing Date. Entries must include a valid email address where requested by the Promoter.  
  1. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate. 
  1. No purchase necessary. There is no charge to participate. 
  1. The Promoter will not accept: 
  1. responsibility for promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or  
  1. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the promotion. 
  1. By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winners will be the entry selected at random from all correct eligible entries. 
  1. Eligibility 
  1. Subject to any other provisions of these terms and conditions, this promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except
  1. staff of the Promoter or staff of its holding or subsidiary companies; 
  1. staff of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration;  
  1. staff of any companies associated directly or indirectly with this promotion; or 
  1. members of the immediate families or households of (a), (b) and (c) above. 
  1. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim and/or participate in any prize you may win. 
  1. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion before your names are added on the guestlist. 
  1. The person entering the promotion must be aged 18 years or over, but the person accompanying a winner to the concert may be aged under 18 years but must be at least 14 years.  
  1. The Promoter will not accept promotion entries that are: 
  1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); 
  1. completed by third parties or in bulk; 
  1. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; 
  1. incomplete; 
  1. false, misleading, fraudulent, derogatory, offensive or otherwise contrary to the spirit in which the promotion is conducted. 
  1. There is a limit of one (1) entry to the promotion per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint or multiple submissions are not allowed. Entries submitted via any automated or similar systems will not be accepted. 
  1. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion. 
  1. The Prize 
  1. The Prize is two (2) guestlist places (including a meet and greet with December 10 band members) to one of the December 10 concerts, as outlined in clause 2.1. 
  1. You are advised to arrive ahead of doors opening to find the guest list entry point and take your place in the queue to ensure a quick entry once doors are open. To access the guestlist please make yourself known to a member of staff or approach the box office at the entrance of the venue, within 15 minutes of doors opening. 
  1. You will be met by a member of the band’s team (15 minutes after doors) and accompanied to the meet & greet area where you can meet the band for up to 10 minutes. 
  1. Please remember to bring a photo ID as this will be required for entry.  
  1. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they arrive at the venue within 15 minutes of the doors opening. Failure to do so may result in the winner being unable to attend the meet and greet and the concert. 
  1. The Prize is only available in the form of a place on the guestlist which will be confirmed via email. No other alternative forms can be provided.  
  1. The guestlist places include general admission for the concert. 
  1. The Prize does not include any other admission type such as fast-track, premium, priority, VIP. 
  1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include accommodation, merchandise, hospitality, travel or any other additional costs. 
  1. The Promoter has no control over the concert on the specified day and cannot be held responsible for any changes.  
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for which band members will be present at the meet and greet. 
  1. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.  
  1. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable to any other person. 
  1. Winners 
  1. The Promoter will draw four (4) winners of the Prize at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.  
  1. Each winner being able to claim one Prize each, which includes two (2) guestlist places for one of the December 10 concerts outlined in clause 2.1. 
  1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
  1. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date (the “Announcement Date”) using the email address provided with the promotion entry to notify them that they are a winner of the Prize. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they check their “junk” folder for this notification. 
  1. The winner must respond to the notification within the time requirements outlined in Clause 7 below to claim their Prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries using the same random draw process. The winner will be required to provide their full name, email address, and phone number, and to confirm any accessibility requirements for themselves or their guest. The winner will also be required to submit proof of age. 
  1. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, a replacement winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated until the Prize is fulfilled.   
  1. Claiming the prize 

London 

  1. If you are the winner of the Prize for either the 4:30pm or 8pm concert, you will have until 12.01pm on the 18th February to claim the Prize. Instructions on how to claim the prize will be set out in the notification e-mail received after the Announcement Date. If you do not claim the Prize by this time and date, your claim will become invalid. 

Birmingham 

  1. If you are the winner of the Prize for either the 4:30pm or 8pm concert, you will have until 12.01pm on the 18th February to claim the Prize. Instructions on how to claim the prize will be set out in the notification e-mail received after the Announcement Date. If you do not claim the Prize by this time and date, your claim will become invalid. 
  1. When claiming your Prize you must provide the details of your guest, including full name and a valid email address and phone number. Please inform us of any access requirements at this stage. 
  1. Once the Winner has claimed the Prize, an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow two (2) hours for the confirmation email to be received. 
  1. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. 
  1. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within the time frames outlined in clauses 7.1 to 7.2 in respect of each show, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, in circumstances where a replacement winner is selected in accordance with this condition 7.6, the Promoter shall advise within the notification e-mail the number of days for the replacement winner to claim the Prize.  
  1. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. 
  1. Limitation of liability 
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
  1. Data protection and publicity 
  1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.toyota.co.uk/footer/privacy-policy and to the extent necessary to administer this promotion. 
  1. The Promoter will share personal data with their Data Processors (The & Partnership, Universal Music) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion. Our Data Processors will process personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating the prize draw and in accordance with instructions from the Promoter. The Promoter will ensure that all third-party processors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with our own, and personal data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes without explicit consent from participants.  
  1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries to anyone that requests this information and emails cr@toyota.co.uk or writes to Toyota (G.B.) PLC, Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX with a stamped address envelope within one month after the Closing Date of the promotion.  
  1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, you can restrict the processing of your personal data by emailing the Promoter at privacy@tgb.toyota.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
  1. Data Retention and Deletion. Participants’ personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the prize draw, notify winners, and comply with legal obligations. After the conclusion of the prize draw and the distribution of prizes, personal data will be securely deleted within 30 days, unless retention for a longer period is required by law.  
  1. General 
  1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion at any stage. 
  1. Each entrant completely releases Instagram from any liability arising out of or in connection with this promotion. 
  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the terms of this promotion at any stage and without notice if deemed necessary in their opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of their control, with no liability to any participant or third party. 
  1. No third party can enforce these terms. 
  1. Terms and conditions of the event organisers of December 10 concerts shall apply.  
  1. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other terms or instructions related to this promotion, these terms and conditions take precedence. 
  1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
