Toyota Yaris – Cruise Control

The new Toyota Yaris has been designed to make your life easier and less stressful, and cruise control does just that.

Maintaining a constant speed that you determine, you can relax and enjoy the ride. Put your feet up and let Jess show you how it works:

On Yaris Excel models, cruise control is fitted as standard. Once it’s turned on, you set the system at your chosen speed and the Yaris will maintain that speed without your input, meaning you can take your feet off the pedals and relax. Don’t worry though – as soon as you touch the brake pedal, cruise control disengages and you’re back in control.

Once you’ve navigated through the traffic, simply nudge the cruise control stalk up to activate the ‘Resume’ feature, and the Yaris will automatically accelerate back to your previous chosen speed. Easy!
