Toyota car servicing: fixed price, fixed first time

You want your Toyota fixed first time, and you want to know how much it will cost. Your local Toyota dealer is the place to go: they’ll do everything they can to fix it right first time, with the reassurance of fixed-price servicing to keep costs low and transparent.

Toyota believes in fixing any problem properly at the first attempt. It’s not necessarily the easy way to do things, at least not in the short-term. But there’s no place at Toyota for short-term thinking.

If there’s an issue with your Toyota, we want to get to the bottom of it. That means investigating any fault thoroughly to really understand the problem and identify the correct solution. We’re not interested in quick fixes which don’t last, and we don’t want to put you back on the road in a car you’ll need to bring return to us in a few days or weeks. Instead, we’ll find a long-term solution so you can confidently enjoy your car, fault-free.

As well as fixing faults first time, we want you to enjoy fixed costs, too. With Toyota Fixed Price Servicing, that’s exactly what you get. If a service takes a little longer than expected, there’s no extra charge. You’ll only be asked to pay more if your car needs work in addition to the service, in which case the dealer will call you for your approval. Otherwise, the price you are quoted is the price you pay, with no hidden extras.

There are three levels of service. Intermediate is designed to maintain all the things that need frequent inspection. A Full service is more comprehensive, and will maximise the performance and longevity of your Toyota. Full+ goes further still, with the inspection or replacement of long-life items.

So whether you need an issue with your car corrected or want to know exactly what your next service will cost, Toyota can fix it.

    1. Hi Paul,
      Thanks for getting in touch.
When we say genuine parts, we are referring to approved parts that have been tested specifically on Toyota vehicles.
