It has many of the My Toyota desktop features, as well as extras like one-touch calling to your Toyota dealer or Toyota Roadside Assist, should you ever need it.

  1. I have just purchased a 2016 Yaris Hybrid, software version 6.8.1 WL and Map ID: 2016 v2.

    I’ve looked everywhere (I Think) but have yet to find any information about downloading any of the 1st three year free maps to a computer and then a USB memory?

    Internet speed is very slow and so WiFi is also very flaky and not useable from home to connect a mobile ‘phone to do the job on-line. Even the Touch 2 with Go instruction book took some 15 minutes to download.

      Sorry for the delay. We’d advise adding the map update 6.9.0L to the basket, accept the T’s and C’s and checkout. The map update will convert from £109 to £0.00 as it is purchased via MapCare. After purchasing the product, you should be able to download the map to the computer.

    We purchased a 65 reg toyota auris hybrid icon on the last day. How is possible the multimedia system upgrade to the navigation system? (We really missed our Yaris touch&Go navigation, because made our life is much easier.)

    I have changed my iPhone 6S plus with iPhone X. Unfortunately, the my Toyota app is not compatible with iPhone X . Any news or knowledge about this.

      Thanks for getting in touch. We are aware that there is an issue with the My Toyota application. The matter is being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible, but unfortunately the indications are that it may take longer than we anticipated to resolve.

      In the meantime, you should still continue to have full access to all of the My Toyota functionality through the desktop/web version by visiting and selecting ‘My Toyota’ in the top right-hand corner, then clicking ‘Sign In/Register’ and follow the prompts displayed.

  5. I am unable to connect with my Toyota as you cannot confirm that I am the the owner. I have owned it since 26112019 from rrg at Macclesfield but find I cannot proceed to do anything online now that I need to… service etc… what’s going on?
