  1. As a rule I always get my car serviced and repaired by Toyota technicians, he could you trust more then people who work on Toyota’s all day everyday !!!

  2. I don’t have car insurance with Toyota. Can Toyota give a quote for an accidental damaged car to give it to my insurance company for repairs. If yes than how does it work do Toyota centre contact straight to the insurance company.

      1. Unfortunately, but last week my Toyota Auris Estate Sport Hybrid had a service in Marshall Toyota Bristol North. The goal was to optionally check and recharge the gas in the Air-Con. Unfortunately, the car, after very bad service and lack of culture of the manager and the person representing, was neglected and perhaps broken. It was left with me in the parking lot under the Toyota building with a damaged non-working AC and two leaking and rear shock absorbers that should have been replaced under warranty, but they insinuated extra payment because they do not have time to do it or even make an appointment. You can say the car was not functional for further driving and the matter will be clarified by the Ombudsman and my low opinions for Toyota. I will add from myself that I serviced the car for several years 2 times a year. Trust has been lost.
